After I make the payment, when will I get login id and password?

We try to be as quick as possible. On busy days, it can take up to 12 hrs.  Please have PATIENCE, and DO NOT WORRY. We will give login ID/password. We are not scammers.

IMPORTANT : MAKE Sure that you already have filled the "payment verification form". If not, then check the WhatsApp message that we sent you.

What we provide?

We provide Premium Subscription.

As you would already know, Premium Subscription can be shared by 4 people only. Meaning 4 people can watch at same time.

We provide Single Screen in a shared Premium Subscription.

  • It supports – Ultra HD , HD and SD. Depends on your device’s capability and speed of your internet connection.

NOTE:

What is the Price ?

Price: 249 Rupees for India | $5 for everywhere else.

How we operate? How this works ?

Premium Subscription price is INR 800 ( $16 for USA)

It provides 4 screens, meaning it can we watched by 4 people at same time. But it’s very expensive for a single person.

So, to solve this problem we get Premium accounts from people who want to share their screens. These screens we provide to people who want to buy single screens.
 

How to get Yearly subscription ?

Price yearly = 1 month price x 12.

For India , Yearly price is = 249 x 12 = 2988
For International Yearly price is = $5 x 12 = $ 60

Is this SAFE? Is this a scam?

  • Absolutely 100% SAFE , it’s just sharing between friends and splitting costs. We do not provide hacked/stolen accounts. We only provide genuine paid accounts shared by their owners.

  • We agree there are many scammers on Internet, but we assure you that we are 100% Guaranteed genuine service. We are not here to scam people. We take full responsibility of your payments and we are happy to refund if you face any issue.

Can I use it on more than one device

No you cannot share it with others. If you want it for more than one person then you will need to buy more screens. If you want to buy two screens then pay double and mention that you want two screens when filling the payment form.

Can we negotiate PRICE?

NO. Price is fixed. We will NOT negotiate price.

 

Is there any DISCOUNT if you buy for many months or yearly?

NO. There is no discount. Price is fixed. We will NOT negotiate price.

 

Do I get Free trial ?

NO.

Are there any other plans ? Can I get only HD or SD or mobile only plan for cheap ?

NO. We only provide one plan which was described above. Read above for details.

Why do I have to pay 249 , It should be 200 as it shared account ?

Would you share your subscription with random strangers if there is no profit at all. Answer is "NO you will not". Our sharers who share their subscriptions get a small amount of profit. Plus we also need at least some money to pay for this website, internet, customer care agents etc.

I saw some people on internet selling at cheaper price.?

The only people who provide that cheap
a) are frauds who won't reply after taking your money
b) have hacked accounts or credit cards of genuine people (both very illegal)

We don't sell hacked/cracked accounts. We only provide genuine accounts. We just split the price between 4 people + add our service charge. So our price is little high. But it's 100% safe and not illegal.
 

What if someone changes password ? Whom to contact for any problem?

Only we and our shareres know the credit cards details entered in subscription and have OTP access.

So, even if someone changes password or even email, still we can recover account in few mins.

What if account owner changes password ?

Account owner gives 15,000 INR deposit to SplitandChill. He will never do that.

How do you verify payment ?

When you make payment we get your name in our system. For example,   if you pay by UPI we verify your name by validating your UPI id or if you pay by PayTM then we validate your name by PayTM number.

We then match this to the name and whatsapp number you enter in payment verification form.

Do you provide Amzone Priime, Hotster, Spotifiy also ?

Not currently.

 

I want to buy for more than one person ? Or more than one month ? Buy Yearly ?

Prices is fixed INR 249 per month for 1 person.

Example:

If you want to buy for 2 people, then pay 249x2 = 498 INR. 

If you want to buy for 2 months, then pay 249x2 = 498 INR. 

If you want to buy for 1 year then pay = 249x12 = 2988 INR.

Mention what you want when you fill the payment verification form.

How to Renew ?

We will also remind you 2-3 days before expiry.

If I renew next month, will I get new account or can I use same login id ?

We don't own any accounts, we just get accounts from members like you, who want to share. A lot of times sharers may not want to renew for whatever reason. In such a case, we will provide you another account so that you don't have to face any problems.

There is no way we can provide any kind of guarantee that you will get same account every month. Please don't ask this to us. It's not in our control.

And Guys, this is not a real problem. It doesn't stop you from playing anything. Just your history and playlist is lost. That's it. You will have to make some compromise. If you want 100% perfection in everything then we would suggest to buy directly from official site by paying 800 INR (USD 16

What are Community Rules ?

 

As you are aware this account is shared between 4 people.

I want to change Profile name

Do NOT change profile name. You will get BANNED.

I want to set pin so I can block adult content.

Do not set any PIN. This is a shared account.

Problem)  I am getting error that "password is incorrect"

Solution)

> Check our latest WhatsApp message for latest login id / password.

> Use laptop and clear browser history and then try again.

> If you are using mobile phone then uninstall and reinstall app.

Problem)  After login getting this error:

"Account on Hold",  "Update Payment", "Problem with Billing", "Restart Membership", "See the plans"

Problem) I have made payment but I have not received login id and password.

Solution)

step 1). MAKE Sure that you already have filled the "payment verification form". If not, then Click Here to fill the form.. If you don't fill the form our team will not know that you made payment.

If you paid from India make sure you enter your correct WhatsApp number,

step 2)  If you paid using UPI or PayTM then WhatsApp us the screenshot showing --  Date/Time and Transaction ID.

step 3). On busy days, it can take up to 12 hrs.  Please have PATIENCE, and DO NOT WORRY. We will give login ID/password. We are not scammers.

  •  I am not able to play. Getting error "too many devices" , "Screen Limit"

Solution)

Go to:  Account > "Sign out of all devices"
If issue still happens then then submit complaint at this LINK.

  • Someone else is using my PROFILE.

Solution) This is a shared account. Even though we provide separate profiles sometimes people by mistake click on profiles of others.

This is NOT A Problem. You will still be able to play/watch everything. We provide NO GUARANTEE on Playlists or Viewing history.

  •  I just got a new account but looks like the PROFILEprovided is already used by someone else. It has history and playlist.

Solution) The activity you see in profile is of previous users. They do not have login access to Netflix anymore.

You can delete and recreate the same profile, which will clear all history.

If you are not able to delete profile then follow below steps:-

Go to "Account"  >  Click on "Viewing activity" > scroll down to bottom and click on "Hide all"

Also, note that, This is a shared account. Even though we provide separate profiles sometimes people by mistake click on profiles of others.

This is NOT A Problem. You will still be able to play/watch everything. We provide NO GUARANTEE on Playlists or Viewing history.

  •  I cannot find my PROFILE.  / someone deleted or changed my Profile

Sol) 

Click on any Profile and watch whatever you want to watch.
This is NOT A Problem. You will still be able to play/watch everything.

  •  My profile is a "Child" PROFILE.

Sol) Delete and recreate profile with same name.

Problem) I am not able to download. Getting error saying download on "too many devices."

Solution)

Do not need to Download anything. You directly play. Since the members keep changing we do not provide any guarantee on offline download.

Problem) Why am I getting new account. I want old account back ?
Solution:

We don't own any accounts, we just get accounts from members like you, who want to share. A lot of times sharers may not want to renew for whatever reason. In such a case, we will provide you another account so that you don't have to face any problems.

There is no way we can provide any kind of guarantee that you will get same account every month. Please don't ask this to us. It's not in our control.

 

And Guys, this is not a real problem. It doesn't stop you from playing anything. Just your history and playlist is lost. That's it. You will have to make some compromise. If you want 100% perfection in everything then we would suggest to buy directly from official site by paying 800 INR (USD 16)

Problem) My subscription expired 1 or 2 days early.

Solution:

==> Subscription is for 30 days, not 31 days.

==> In very rare cases subscription can expire 1 day early i.e after 29 days. This is very rare and we are sorry for this. This happens when you were added to an account group at the end of the 1st day. Accounts are allocated manually and this is not a 100% perfect system. So please understand and adjust

Problem) I see 5 profiles. There should be only 4.

Solution) There can be leftover profiles of previous users whose membership has expired.
They do not have login access anymore. We will clean up unused profiles as soon as we get time.

Problem) It is asking PIN to watch restricted content. / PIN for  profile

Solution)

To remove Profile lock

Go to   Account >  PROFILE & PARENTAL CONTROLS  > Choose the profile >  Profile Lock > Change >  Enter Password > uncheck "Require a PIN..." > save

To remove any restrictions

Go to   Account >  PROFILE & PARENTAL CONTROLS  > Choose the profile  > Viewing Restrictions > Change > Enter Password > Click on "R21" > save

Problem) I see "invalid email" error after I successfully login.

Solution) Ignore it. Its not error.

 

Problem) I already paid for Renewal but still I am getting Expiry Reminders.
